The SVG icons in the ToSVG icon library are free to download. Each collection carries the license chosen by its author, listed below.
Creative Commons
Most icon collections on ToSVG were published by their authors under a Creative Commons license. You can use these icons under the terms of the specific Creative Commons license the author chose; check the original license before commercial use, as some variants (NC) do not allow it. Where the license requires attribution, credit the icon's author and collection, for example: "Icon Name from Collection Name by Author". The collection page shows the author and license for every icon.
Public Domain
Icons in collections marked Public Domain carry no copyright restrictions. You can copy, modify, distribute and use them for any purpose, including commercial use, without asking permission or giving attribution.
What you may not do
You may not claim the icons as your own original work, resell them as a standalone icon set, or use them in trademarks or logos registered as your exclusive property.

How do I credit an icon?

Can I modify the icons?

How do I find the license of a specific icon?
Every icon belongs to a collection. The license and author of the collection apply to all of its icons and are shown on the icon and collection pages.
